Ingredients:
Watermelon 200grams, cut into small squares or cubes
Melon 200 grams, cut into small squares or cubes
Bananas 6 medium sized or 4 large, cut into round shaped slices then make half of them
Pomegranates seeds 200 grams
Grapes 200 grams
Guavas 200 grams
Apples 200 grams
Mangoes 200 grams
Oranges 5 big, cut into two pieces from the centre. Then squeeze the juice with just your hands. Remove seeds then pour juice into a big bowl in which you are going to make Fruits Salad. Add pulp also into the bowl and keep aside.
Plum 200 grams remove seed and cut into small pieces
Peach 200 grams remove seed and cut into small pieces
Pear 200 grams, cut into small cubes
Sapodilla Plum 200 grams, cut into small cubes
Apricot 200 grams, remove seed and then cut into small cubes or pieces
Salt one teaspoon
Sugar one kg or 1000 grams. Mix with orange juice and keep aside
Salad’s Spice (Chaat Masala) one teaspoon
Red chilly powder Quarter teaspoon
Black pepper quarter teaspoon
Note:If you don’t have Oranges then take two big or three small Lemons then mix with Sugar and keep aside.
Method:
Mix all the Fruits with Sugar and Oranges’ juice. Add salt, pepper, red chilly powder and Chaat Masala. Mix well and cover with the lid until Sugar melted fully. Now served chilled, it is a very easy and tasty recipe. If you have just Bananas or Apricot, try to make it and enjoy. It has all the Vitamins and minerals with carbohydrates.
2.Cream Fruits’ Salad:
It’s main ingredient is Cream with Sugar and nutritious, Soft Fruits. Bananas are a great Source of Calcium and Potassium. They give calmness to every part of the body. Mangoes have great taste with richness of Vitamin A. Only 100grams of Mangoes can give more than 10,000ml of calcium. Peachs are good to digestive system. Guavas have much fibre plus vitamin c. Bananas 4 large or 6 medium sized, cut into round shaped slices then make them half by centre.
Melon 200 grams, cut into small cubes

Mangoes 400 grams, cut into small cubes or sweet Payapa 400 grams, you can add both too. Cut into small cubes
Peaches 200 grams, remove seeds then cut into small cubes.
You can add more Fruits which are sweet and juicy.
For 2 kg Fruits add ¾ kg Sugar. Means for one kg add 400 grams Sugar approximately.
Cream 200 grams or dry Milk 200 grams. Mix Sugar and Cream or Milk powder and keep aside. If you are using Milk powder then add just a few tablespoons of Water. Mix and keep aside.
Method:
Mix all Fruits then add mixture of cream and Sugar. Mix well, your cream Fruits’ Salad or Cream Chaat is ready.
3.Melon Fruit Salad:
It’s the simplest and delicious recipe of Sole Fruit Salad, which needs only two ingredients. Melon and WaterMelon are best Fruits to detoxify your body naturally. Melon one kg, cut into small squares or cubes
Sugar half kg
Method:

4.Watermelon Fruit Salad:

6.Ramadan Salad or Chaat
It’s a simple and Quick recipe which is enough for 2-4 people.
Apple one, cut into cubes
Banana Two, cut into round shaped slices then cut into half from the centre
Guava one, cut into squares or cubes
Orange one, cut into half and squeeze. Remove seeds and put pulp and juice into a bowl. Then add Sugar and set aside.
Sugar half cup
Salt one pinch
Black pepper one pinch
Method:
Mix whole cut Fruits into a mixture of Sugar and Oranges’ Juice. Add Salt and black pepper, mix well. Your Ramadan Salad is ready.
Note: if you don’t have Oranges, add Lemon juice or just skip. One can add one teaspoon Vinegar too or add quarter teaspoon Tartaric acid. It’s up to you, if you don’t like the sour taste you can skip it.
