The Amazing World of Gumball was aired on Cartoon Network for the first time in 2011. It was an absurdist humor themed cartoon series that was created by Ben Bocquelet. The Amazing world of the Gumball was full of fantasy and Black comedy and slapstick. The Amazing world of the Gumball is first series that is produced by Cartoon Network Studios from Europe.

Inspiration Behind the Production of The Amazing World of the Gumball Series:

After the launch of the Cartoon Network studios Europe, in 2007. They appointed Ben Bocquelet in their creative team.

When the Cartoon Network studios decided to give a full hand to their employees to comeup with their own ideas in the projects produced for the network; Bocquelet came up with an innovative idea.

He collected all of his previous works characters that he had created for the commercials and those had also been “rejected”. He produced a new series by put them all in it.

Luckily the vice president of Original Series and Development at TBSE got much impressed by this new idea. So this project also got approval.
Thus it became the first series that was produced by the Cartoon Network studios from the Europe.

The Amazing World of the Gumball series was broadcasted between may 3rd 2011 to June 24 2019.

The Storyline of The Amazing World of the Gumball:

This cartoon series revolves around the life of a twelve years old male blue cat who is Gumball Watterson. He lives with his family and friends who are strange creatures. They all resides in Elmore a city in America. His Elmore Junior High School fellows also kept appearing on the screen time to time. In this series;

 Darwin is his adoptive brother.

 Anais is her sister.
 Nicole and Richard are his parents.
 Jojo Watterson is his parental grandmother.
 Frankie is the parental grandfather.
 Louie is the parental step grandfather.
 Mr and Mrs Senicourt are the maternal grandparents.

Many changes were observed in the animations of The amazing world of the Gumball movie especially in the part that is the transitional stage between the first and the second season. Like for example some new visual effects were added and a more powerful graphics quality was seen this time. It was announced by the executive producer of the series in 2016 that the sixth season is going to be the last season of this show.

This was a series that was based on the Puppets. It was released on Cartoon Network in 2017. Waiting for the Gumball had total number of thirteen episodes.

Its main story is composed of the adventures by the Gumball and Darwin in the world of the Puppets.

Thus a miniseries was aired in December 2019.
This miniseries was composed of mainly the recycled clips from the old episodes of the original series with the name “Darwin’s Yearbook”.
