5. Have, the child tightens all his or her muscles at once and then releases them all at once. Repeat these same steps three times.

6. Ask the child to visualize something like the sun, moon, stars, bubbles.

7. And then starting with the toes, ask them to imagine that whatever he or she wanted above is touching that body part.

8. Slowly move on toes, ankle, foot, calf, knee, and all the parts of your body. When the image touches the body part, it fills it with the light of a child’s favorite color.

9. Move up the whole body to the head. It also fills with color.

10. Give the child a minute (it depends on their age) to feel that his or her body is filled with color.

11. Now ask the child to roll to one side, remove the dry cloth but leave their eyes closed and wait for a moment before sitting in a cross-legged position. Then open his or her eyes.
