Reset AirPods
You might want to reset your AirPods to fix minor software problems like trouble connecting or quickly running out of battery life. When you reset your AirPods, it’s like getting a “fresh start” with an iPhone. It’s easy to set up your AirPods again.
Here are the steps to follow to reset your AirPods.
- You must press and hold the Setup button on the AirPods charging case.
- Wait until the status light starts flashing amber and then turns white.
- Let go of the setup button when it starts flashing white.
- Your AirPods can now be used again.
Now you have to connect your AirPods to your iPhone again. Once the AirPods are paired, check to see if the problem with one being louder has been fixed.
