When renting a car from Jucy, you can do one of two things.

Pay a 20% deposit when you book to hold the wheels for your big trip and pay the rest when you pick them up.

If you pay in full when you book, you won’t have to worry about anything else when you pick up the car, and you can get on the road faster.
4 - Can I Rent My Jucy Wheels with a Debit Card?
Yes! Please make sure your card has enough money (up to $5,000 for Risk taker) to cover any related pre-authorizations and charges that are more than what you have on it.

12 - Can I Bring My Jucy Wheels to Kangaroo Island?
Yes! We love Kangaroo Island because it is such a cool place. We don’t have a branch there yet, which is too bad. Most of the roads there are sealed, but there are some places where the roads aren’t sealed, and if you take your Jucy wheels there, there are some rules you need to know.
13 - Can You Bring Your Campers to Events?
Yes! We love seeing Jucy camps at festivals. Show us how much you love Jucy camps at festivals by tagging your photos with #Jucyworld.
14 -How Do I Change My Reservation?
You will need to call us or send us an email (res@jucyworld.com) to make changes to your reservation, such as extending your return date. Please keep in mind that Jucy must be able to make the changes and agree to them. Rates could also be recalculated when the change is made.
15 - What Kinds of Cars Can Roof Racks Be Put On?
Roof racks can be added to most of our Jucy wheels (depending on availability), except for Champ, Condo, Coaster & Compass.
It should never use Roof racks to store luggage because you could lose your socks on the highway.
