Types of Salads

To start a day off in a healthy and a nutritious way, salads are the best way and can be customized in different ways.Following are some of the salads that can be made in no time:

  1. Walnut and mushroom salad : Toss up some walnuts, mushrooms, pomegranate seeds and some cabbage altogether and top it with some flax seeds.

  2. Noodle salad: Toss up some boiled spaghetti or pasta with some shredded or cubed chicken , add some corns and mushrooms , season it with some fresh apple cider vinegar mixed in some olive oil and a bit of pepper…Ta da!

3)Avacado potato salad: Toss up some pieces of boiled potatoes and done avacadoes , sprinkle some pepper , salt, paprika , garlic powder and a bit of onion powder…This salad is simply packed with flavour yet healthy and nutritious.

4)Sesame salad: Toss up some boiled chicken with some walnuts and salad leaves and garnish it with some sesame seeds.

  1. Plain Green and beans: Add some beans with some sliced carrots , reddish,cabbage, and some cucumbers.The dressing can be made out of some olive oil mixed with some honey.

6)Chickpea salad: Toss up some chickpea’s with some boiled carrots and potatoes.The dressing can be made out of some honey mixed with some pepper and salt with a slight dash of any vegetable or olive oil.

Crouton Salad: Mix up some fried croutons with some shredded chicken and sliced cucumbers.Make homemade ranch and pour it all over the salad.The ranch can be made out by mixing some cream and mayyonaise.
