Their rose room:

The best thing about this restaurant is they give a proper place named THE ROSE ROOM on a rental basis for weddings, parties, birthdays, anniversaries. The rose room has its own door and a separate entry and exit point. It is totally separated from the restaurant. It has a beautiful fireplace and a separate restroom.

The owner of Steve’s Steakhouse is STEVE BRAY. he is the fourth generation and runs the family business in the beautiful 25 miles off the Carolina coast. He left his college in San Diego only to run the family business which he loves doing.

Steve said that people criticized him for opening a restaurant on the second floor of the building because no one would spot the restaurant because of its location. And pedestrians couldn’t tell that there was a restaurant because it was on the second floor. But he said he knew that this steakhouse was going to be successful because he had worked there when he was in high school from 1975 to 1979.

In high school, he was making tables for the customers and now he owns the restaurant. That was itself a success. And he has been running the restaurant for more than a dozen years now.

Steve says that he loves doing the business and his ex[erties in seafood is just beyond exceptional. He knows everything about seafood. But he also knows everything about a steak which is why his business is going so well.
