4) Dancing

Dancing lasts for about 30 seconds, it is fast and upbeat and it is everyone’s favorite it should be uniform, exciting and synchronized and it will be full of energy.

Purpose of cheerleading team

  4. Trained by only certified coach, who should know about all the proper training techniques.

  5. Learn all the athletic positions, balanced position and how to land with shoulders over the knees and knees over the toe.
