Your plate should fill with those food who are enrich vitamins, calcium like fruits, fish, milk eat those that kill fat from your body like green tea, vegetables and fruits

    To keep your mind must need a fit body . Exercise is the best medicine to keep in shape. workout and walk is a greatest way to loose fat and maintain your weight it also reduces blood pressure , sugar and digest food. Due to exercise your body feels relaxation and you get enough sleep and soothe your mind.
    Make a habit of exercise fail after waking up. Workout can be done at anytime of day e.g. yoga and use machines as well you can choose anyone which will suit you. Meditation is another way to tranquil your mind.

  6. Read books and pen down your feelings:
    Reading books expand your knowledge and vocabulary it teaches us how to see world better. It constructs our idea of life , our thinking and build up our perception about different aspects of life then our overall mindset reflects in our behavior. May be they can help you or may be by talking and sharing you make yourself able to resolve your mystery. Always be ready to help others and seek help. People are not bad as we think so trust your people with good intentions.

  9. Always be happy :
    Its impossible to be anxious when you are happily inside out or laughing. Laughter is also called as a medicine because it also relieves anger or sadness. Tryout those activities that yourself happy like watching n listening jokes , create humor in your our talking read and watch comic shows it improves your immune system join those groups which make people laugh and spread happiness everywhere. Happiness can kill your anxiety.
