WHAT IS MEMORY LOSS?
Memory represents saving or recover information we have listened to, learned, or experienced. There are 2 basic types of human memory.
- Short-term memory: it lasts for 20-30 minutes only.
- Long-term memory. It lasts from months to years.

Loss of memory before age of 45 is not normal. After 45, it’s natural to lose memory slowly. But if your memory is effecting before age, you should worry about it and do something to improve it.
