Blair Winters (born February 15, 1964) is an American actor and musician who played Joe DuBois on the TV series Law & Order as well as Chris Novak on the TV series Outsourced. He currently plays one of the main characters, Albert Al Ludlow, in the HBO series Show Me a Hero created by David Simon and William F. Zorzi based on the 1999 non-fiction book of the same name by Lisa Belkin.
