# What do cats like to eat for breakfast?

Thanks for such a unique thread. As a pet lover, I always like to read this kind of content. As a beginner cat raiser, I made many mistakes. Yes, I have a misconception that milk is the best diet for cats, but I was wrong. According to the vet, milk, mainly cow’s milk is bad for cats.

Later, I did complete research on cat foods and enhanced my knowledge a lot. Nowadays, I give both raw food and ready to use ones to my cats. Sometimes, I give my cats Authority Chicken Canned Cat Food that I found from this list [https://www.catfoodpoint.com/best-cat-food/](https://www.catfoodpoint.com/best-cat-food/) or sometimes, I feed them with boiled rice and meat in the morning. However, canned or even home boiled veggies, cooked fish and oats could also be good breakfasts for cats.
