The triple constraint theory, also known as the iron triangle in project management, defines the three elements (and their variants) as follows:
- Size, time, budget.
- Dimensions, timing, costs.
- Good, fast, cheap.
The three elements of successful time management are activities, planning and the critical path. Prepare the project plan by listing all the activities to be carried out in turn.
