How to “call sick” or report an absence at Walmart.

Is the Walmart Phone Number the Official Number?

If you’re new to Walmart and aren’t comfortable on a particular day, you should report your absence so that your board doesn’t expect you to be in the office and can arrange guests. You got it

As a Walmart Associate, you can report an absence or “delay” in the following ways:

By calling your store / shop manager, going to HR, and then reporting the situation directly to HR, you can do this if the time is between 9:00 am to 5:00 PM.  
Call the official “Walmart Associate Hotline”. Walmart’s phone number is 1-800-775–5944. You must have a WIN number ready before calling.  
Access your OneWalmart (WalmartOne) account, go to “Report Absence” and follow the on -screen instructions.  
How to Make People Sick in Walmart  
When calling the official Walmart Associate Hotline number at 1-800-775–5944. You will be greeted with an automated sound system that asks:

Your name  
Your Walmart WIN number  
Date of birth  
The number of the store you work with  
The reason you call it sick  
The automated system will then give you a confirmation number. Write to remember the number.  
Your phone will be automatically transferred to Walmart stores and departments. You should talk to the manager and explain why you called / reported if they didn’t.

Go to [https://One.Walmart.com](https://One.Walmart.com). In your Internet browser, click the logo in the top left, then log in to Onewalmart. Click on the “Report Absence” tab.  
You need to register. “2 -step verification” before you can sign in. [OneWalmart.com](http://OneWalmart.com) from home  
There is no OneWalmart app.

Periodic leave at Walmart (LOA)  
Some diseases require ongoing medical treatment. “Intermittent Holidays” are most determined by the frequency and duration of Walmart’s absence.

You must report your scheduled leave period periodically to the Sedgwick Automated System and your manager, including when you are late / early.

Your time off report:

Via viaOne® express or  
You can call Sedgwick at 1-800-492-5678 at any time.  
Friends are asked to report absences for periodic leave (via Sedgwick) within 2 calendar days of the absence.

Walmart Leave (LOA)  
Walmart Assistant is eligible for FMLA if:

You worked at Walmart for 12 months.  
You worked at least 1,250 hours in the 12 months before getting leave.  
The LOA must be requested and approved, and will be paid or unpaid for leave reasons.  
To request leave, contact Walmart People Services at your phone number. 1-800-421-1362 or call Sedgwick Automation at 1-800-492-5678.
