Verizon Cloud Web Site Press Contacts
- Log into My Verizon using a browser on a computer.
- Hover over the account, then click Verizon Cloud.
- Click on Contacts.
- Select relevant contacts by clicking on them. Select all contacts by clicking Select All (top left).
- Click the Print icon.
- Click the Print button.
Get the backup wizard on Android devices
- Open the People or Contacts menu.
- Press the menu key.
- Tap Backup Assistant.
Open the App Store on your device (eg Google Play ™, Windows® Phone Store, etc.) and search for Backup Assistant. Select Backup Assistant or Backup Assistant Plus from the search results and follow the onscreen instructions to install it on your device.
If you are currently subscribed to the free Backup Assistant Plus option (500 MB of free storage), you will automatically be upgraded to a Contactsonly free storage account when you download and install the Verizon Cloud app on your Android or iOS device.
Open it, click the Import button, select the CSV file as the file type and select the CSV file you created with Verizon’s backup wizard. Windows contacts will import them. If you use iCloud, your contacts will automatically sync with iPhone. Otherwise, sync iPhone with iTunes to transfer them.
Backup Assistant is a wireless service that saves a copy of your device’s address book on a secure website. If your device is lost, stolen, damaged or replaced, Backup Assistant will wirelessly restore the phonebook stored on a new device.
From the main screen, go to: Menu> Media Center> Applications. Tap Backup Assistant. Tap Next and then write down the PIN code generated by the app.

For Verizon to back up your contacts, all contacts must be saved in Phone, not Google. If you really want to use Verizon instead of Google to back up your contacts, go to Your contacts, tap the menu and choose Contacts to view and choose Google. Then you need to export as a CSV file.
Tap Contacts to open this Settings app. Now tap Import / Export Contacts and then Export to Storage Device. After exporting your contacts, tap Import from storage device, then select your Google account and continue. Here you can see that the contacts are selected, you need to press OK.
