I expect the bank to issue a refund the next business day after receiving the transaction. Just because PayPal says it made a copy doesn't mean the transaction actually happened. Sometimes it takes up to 8 weeks to separate.

I canceled my PayPal transaction around 9pm on Friday. PayPal immediately sent the money to my bank, but it has not been sent yet. I know this is the weekend, but I'm just looking for a hard time estimating.
