am trying to buy a car before the semester starts, because my old car broke down at the beginning of the summer. Every possible offer I look at is either a blatant scam or a strange phone number that doesn’t match my area. When calling, I always get either “The Google subscriber you are trying to reach is unavailable” or **[“The text mail subscriber is unavailable.”](https://howtodiscuss.com/search?q=text%20mail%20subscriber)** Text messaging takes more than 24 hours for the person to respond, only to discover that it is another scam. What is that?
