What TCS employee can do with Ultimatix (ERP System) ?

Employees can do a lot of things with the Ultimatix ERP system of TCS and these are:

  • The Ultimatix portal of TCS manages performance of their employee and this performance management is used for the promotion purposes of the company’s employee

  • On Ultimatix Portal, worker can apply for the leaves.

  • Supervisors at there have right to approve or reject the leaves of their employees via this Ultimatix web-based portal.

  • On Ultimatix portal, Employee can write details of the work the as well as timesheet on a daily routine

  • Employee can check the information of other TCS employees, like on which project he/she is working, his or her supervisor, email, cell number, and basic information etc.

  • Workers of TCS can handle their profile, Voluntary Fund and all allowance via Ultimatix ERP portal.

  • The TCS worker can easily link to the HR department or other team members for any kind of help within the company

  • Using TCS Ultimatix, their employee can download the salary slips

  • Employees can download their important documents like appointment letter, joining letter,Promotion letter, increment letter, etc.

  • TCS employees can also check that what opportunities or other vacancies are available within the organization for them.

What If employee Forget Both password of Ultimatix and Webmail In TCS?

To reset your Ultimatix Password You can click forgot password in Ultimatix and then enter a security question and enter a new password and then you have to confirm a new password. Just like on other apps.

How to unlock your TCS account (using Ultimatix)

If TCS Account that is considered someone’s TCS Domain Account has been locked. If your TCS Domain Account is locked then Simply have to log in to your Ultimatix Account or from your colleagues Ultimatix account(if in case ur Ultimatix account is also locked too).
Once you enter the Ultimatix simply follow below steps

  • Go to the password management or forgot password first.

  • Select the link under option Global Domain Account Management.

  • Once you clicked on that link it will ask you few security questions like DOJ (your Date of joining), current Ultimatix password, security questions Answer which you already set when you 1st time log in to the Ultimatix, and the last Your Domain (there are several options I understand domain like India/Globe etc.) Please ask your Team Lead/manager/ IT Spokesperson of TCS if you are not sure about your Domain.

  • Once you click on submit you can see whether your domain account is Locked or not if it is locked you can Simply Unlock it or if you want to set new password for the domain you can also set from here.
