  • In the Account Settings dialog box, with the Email tab selected, click Edit.
  • Move the slider in Offline Settings to choose how long you want emails to be kept on your computer for offline access.
  • Click Finish.

  • Select "Read message".
  • Choose how you want to connect to read the message.
  • Once you have received the access code in your email, write it down, go back to the webpage where you received the access code and enter the access code.
