Currently, 2800 students from different parts of India benefit from this scheme. To be eligible for this CBSE scholarship, a student must have a score of 90% and above in their 10th class. 4. NCERT Scholarship
This scheme funded by the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) targets needy and deserving students and helps them to pursue higher studies. This CBSE scholarship applies for class 10th passed students and other board students.
To qualify, a student must undertake a test at state and national levels. Regular students, aged between 8 to 18 years, who have passed class 10th can apply for this programme. It requires a student to secure 45% in the categories of SC/ST and 55% in their 9th class exam for general categories.
