Make sure the washing machine is level and the laundry is not heavy on one side of the tub. Finally, check the installation of the drain hose and clean the pump filter on the front loaders.

Hang up - If your Samsung top loading washing machine receives an EU or DC error code, there is an uneven load problem and the drum won’t spin. This is sometimes caused when there is a high load in the washing machine that exceeds the limit.
