Red Robin Buzzard Sauce
Does anyone know the red version of buffalo feathers (and sauce)?
So you want to make buffalo feathers a great idea. They are easy to make and everyone will love it. First, take a handful of chicken wings and cut them into three parts, stir or boil the heads, they will make a good broth. Then add flour, salt, pepper and a little red pepper, a little paper is better. Next, take a cast iron skeleton and some cooking oil. You will cover the chicken pieces and fry them like any other roast chicken. I want to put a cast iron pan with an inch of oil in the oven and heat it to 425 degrees. When the pan is ready, place the feathers in the pan and let it cook. I walked for 15 minutes, turned around, and then another 15 minutes. Once all the wings are cooked, place them in a bowl with the lemon juice and Frank's coffee red sauce and garlic powder. The oil that is already in the chicken will stick everything together. So serve I like to serve it with celery and sauce which I make with sour cream, field dressing mix and some dahl. Yes, you know, but be careful about the pan, the oven gets hot and won't work. I burned my hand on this thing several times.
ME First, Frank's Red doesn't have much tea, but when it does, cut it with more lemon and garlic powder. We were eating without the sauce. When a friend came running in and squeezed Frank, it was too much.
If the franc is not enough, add more red pepper or a different sauce, but leave out the franc. Its sour / salty mix works well.
