What is PPACA?
PPACA can be defined as, On March 23, 2010, President Obama signed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Legislation (Public Law 111148), known as Health Reform Law. Under the new law, all Americans are required, among other things, to maintain a minimum coverage until 2014. At this time, health insurers cannot refuse to cover individuals due to an existing emergency.
