How much is holiday pay with salary of around 4000 ep, my seniority is 6 months with 14 days leave p I already have 14 days p now i don't count tell me =)

To get the holiday bonus, two calculations are done:

1) Divide your monthly salary by 25 days leave (more)

2) Divide your monthly salary 30 times from these days.

If you say you have 14 days off, add the rest to the 30 day month, then 1 (6th)

(4000/25) * 14 = 2240

(4000/30) * 16 = 2133.33

Licenses for "plus" or "surplus" in part are not considered as additional pay, but are obtained by dividing the pay by 25 according to the law of employment contract in Article 155, paragraph A.
