1 gram of benzoic acid dissolves in 100 / 6.8 = 14.70 ml of water.

At 100 ° C, 15 ml will dissolve 15/100 * 6.8 = 1.02 g.

At 10 C, 15 ml will dissolve 15/100 * 0.04 = 0.006g.

The recovery is 1,020.06 = 1,014 g.
