It is very unlikely. The Tin Man and Wicked Witch costumes may have been lost in history (aside from the witch hat), and the others were scattered when MGM auctioned them in 1970.
Aside from an allergy to dirt due to aluminum dust, he is said to have been one of the Yellow Brick Road quartets in the classic The Wizard of Oz. After 10 days of filming, Ebsen, who played Tin Man, fell ill with aluminum makeup on his skin and had to be hospitalized. Jack Haley was the replacement.
