  1. A shipping arrangement in which the buyer pays for each shipment when the next shipment arrives. This arrangement is favorable to customers who receive frequent shipments of inventory. For lower-volume customers, shipments are generally invoiced upon shipment and required to be paid for within thirty to sixty days.
