Roll it out and do one charge per day for several days. A typical washing machine uses 30 to 40 liters of water per wash. If you wash 5 items of clothing in a day, at least 150,200 liters of water are pumped behind the scenes. Most wastewater treatment plants aged 10 years or older have an absorption area of 600,900 square feet.
Re: Dawn versus other dishwashing detergents
Do not place cigarette butts, paper towels, sanitary napkins, condoms, disposable diapers, plastic or similar non-biodegradable substances in a septic tank. Avoid throwing leftover food, coffee grinders, and other foods down the drain.
Be careful what you put in your sewer system. Long showers and extra washes can remove beneficial bacteria from the septic tank. Use RIDX® to add beneficial bacteria and enzymes that help keep the system running.

How to keep the septic system healthy
Except for the errors we discuss in this paper, such a field can last anywhere from 10 to 20 years. USDA sources claim that a properly managed and maintained ST / SAS (Septic Tank / Soil Absorption System) will last at least 20 years.
Do not pour grease, oil, coffee grounds, detergent, paint or other chemicals into the sink or tub. These can disturb the sewage system in the tank and cause unpleasant odors. Putting a cup of baking soda down the sink or toilet once a week can help maintain the correct pH level in the septic tank.
It is common to have a septic fuse after or even during heavy rains. Heavy rains can quickly flood the soil around the soil receiving area (drainage field) and leave it saturated, so that water cannot drain out of the septic tank.
On average, a person consumes 60 to 70 liters of water per day. The tanks are designed on the assumption that there are two people in each room. Therefore, a septic tank can process around 120 liters per room per day.
