Is Mayo Dairy

Is mayonnaise considered a dairy product?

I was recently diagnosed with a milk and wheat allergy ... Is mayonnaise safe or should I avoid it? I asked him why he was having lunch and wanted a tuna salad.

Maybe it's just me, but I've always insisted that eggs fall into the category of milk. (?) Hmmm.

Whatever it is. Most mayonnaise is made from oil and eggs, so by my personal definition, mayonnaise is made from dairy products. I've found mayonnaise that doesn't use eggs, but it's probably not used everywhere for lunch. Check the recipe to be sure.

Mayo has eggs but no milk.

You, enjoy your tuna salad

Mayonnaise is not a milk product, it is eggs and oil, but you have to make sure that the tuna salad is real mayonnaise and the sauce is not diluted with milk.

It contains eggs, oil, acid and sometimes musk and so on. But always check the label to see if it has anything to do with wheat. Cheap mayonnaise usually has filler alternatives to get the most out of it.
