The lack of data in the wizard usually means that the decoder is synchronized with our network. Disconnect the power from the cable box for 2 minutes. The help data is compiled after the channels are uploaded and it can take up to 30 minutes for the complete upload.
If you don’t have the information in the Now and Next sections of the manual, try restarting the TV. Press and hold the power button on the remote for 8 seconds, then release. The TV then switches off. If you still don’t have any information in the wizard after resetting your box, try tuning your channels again.
Receiver software download
Press Menu on the satellite TV remote control to set the update time for the satellite receiver. Select Settings and then Updates. Use the up and down arrows on the remote control to set the update time.
If the cable box shows No data available in the program guide, disconnect the cable box from the power supply for about 30 seconds. Reconnect the box and wait for the time to appear on the front of the box before turning it back on. This should update the program guide information in the box.
Press the CBL button on the remote control, then press the Guide or Menu button again. If you have an HD receiver, check that the guide works on both standard and digital HD channels. If the guide does not appear on HD channels, check that your TV is set to the correct input (HDMI, Component, TV).
If more than one (1) hour has passed and your assistant is still alerting you, unplug the receiver and wait 15 seconds. Reconnect the power and wait 30 minutes before pressing Help and Menu for the information to download correctly.
