To permanently activate it, click on the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the transform window and deactivate the Align new objects to pixel grid check box. You need to turn off snap to the grid.

You can only turn off the Transform Panel option. To disable this option for all future objects, click the upper right corner again to bring up the options menu and check the box next to Align new objects to pixel grid.
Disable snapto options
- Click a graphic, image, or object in the document.
- Choose Format> Align> Grid Settings on the right side of the ribbon.
- If you want to snap the grid objects into place when the grid lines are not displayed, or if you want to snap the objects to other object settings, clear the corresponding check box.
Draw an object aligned with the pixel grid. Attach to the pixel as you move. Snap to the pixel closest to the object you are moving. You can snap to paths, segments, and anchor points as you move the object. Keep an object pixel-aligned as you move it.

Click Edit in the top menu, go to Preferences and select Options and Anchor View. Select the Lock to point check box in the selection box. In the Align to Px Point box, enter a value between 1 and 8 which is the number of pixels needed before the object clicks on an anchor.
In Illustrator, movement is called using the keyboard arrow keys (up, down, left, right) to move objects in small increments. The default increment is 1 pt (0.0139 inch), but you can choose a value that is more relevant to your current order.

As you know, as long as you have the Move Tool (V) selected, you can move (or scroll) your current layer using the up / down / left / right arrows on your keyboard. Each time you press an arrow, move the pixel on layer 1 in that direction.

Make sure the “Snap to Grid” settings for Move are set to “4 Studs”. Otherwise, your buildings may snap badly. To get the most accurate snap possible, it is recommended to work from above and always move objects with arrows, not pull them.
