For this process you have to take
1:2 tablespoon butter
2: 1 cup red lentil
3: four cups of water
4: 2 green chillies

you can follow the same process as above for cooking of yellow lentil.but it will take some more time as the grain of yellow lentil are big.you can also go on a stem with green coriander leaves once you dish out lentil.
Fry yellow lentil
It’s a unique Asian snack that gives you the fusion. For this process you have to soak your lentil overnight and adding one tablespoon of baking soda. In the morning rinse the lentil with clean water. And fry this taking one cup of oil fry them on low flame until the lentil became crisp and Golden. Then dish it out and garnish it with spices.
Soft lentil rice( or khichri)
This is a very healthy diet given to kids and sometimes patients who lack in energy. For this process you have to soak lentil and rice both for 2 hours and then cook them into double amount of water that is required for normal cooking.add some cumin seeds and black pepper and salt at the end.

White kidney beans

For cooking white kidney beans you have to soak them overnight for this process your lentil will cook in very short time and the beans would be e soft and tender. You should take care as if white beans remain under cooked its flavour is Bitter. For cooking white kidney beans you have to take
1: pressure cooker
2:one cup kidney beans
3: 2 litr water
4:half cup soaked tamarind
5: spices of your choice
6:2 green chillies
Put all the things in cooker for 45 minutes.then make tomatoes gravy and add beans mixture into it garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
Red kidney beans
They are widely liked by people as they are very healthy and contains iron. Nowadays boiled red kidney beans are available in tins. Now it’s so much easy to make them for the preparation of red kidney beans you have to take
1 : 1 tin of red kidney beans
2: chopped onion
3: chopped tomatoes
4: ginger garlic paste
5:oil.
Method
For cooking this fry the onion and tomatoes and ginger garlic paste until oil release from sides then add boil red beans. Add vinegar and mint leaves to garnish.
Black lentil queen
It’s also said black full grain lentil. It’s also a snack in Asian countries. Called nimko .black lentil cooking process is very easy for this you have to take.
1: 1 cup lentil
2: 1 liter water
3: green chillies
4 : mixed spices
5: ginger chopped
For preparing this lentil you have to add all ingredients except ginger. And let them cook on low flame until grains became soft and tender. Fry chopped ginger in oil and pour it on lentil mixture garnish with lemons.
Halves of chickpea
It is also very well known lentil. Available in cans. You just have to make curry of onion and tomatoes. Then add boil mixture of lentils in it. Garnish it with green chillies.
What lentil or dal Mash
The cooking process of white lentil is very different from all the lentils and the taste of lentil is very unique that’s why it is called Shahi daal mash. Cooking this you have to soak this overnight then boil it slightly. Then made the curry of garlic ginger paste and add 1 tomato paste fry it until the oil comes out then add half boil white lentils I am let’s them to cook on steam on a very low flame for 25 minutes garnish with green chillies enjoy the taste of shahi dal.
