## How many ounces of tofu is in a single serving?

Serving a 1/2 cup of raw, firm tofu offers 10.1 grams of protein, making it an excellent choice for vegetarians. Most of the tofu blocks I come across in the United States have a weight of between 12 and 16 ounces, which is where I call home.
