Australian Measuring Equipment Notes

  • The difference between measuring cups internationally is minimal within 2 or 3 teaspoons. (For the record, 1 Australian measuring cup will hold approximately 250 ml.)

  • The most accurate way of measuring dry ingredients is to weigh them. Use a clear glass or plastic jug with metric markings when measuring liquids.

1 Teaspoon = 5ml 1 Tablespoon = 20ml
