I followed the weight watchers 2 days ago. In addition to feeling weak and hungry, I have my own 33 stitches and I don't drink soda or snails, I don't eat much junk food. My goal is to lose at least 18 pounds when time allows. I find it difficult to play sports because it is very cold here. I live in the country and there is no gym around. Hello, I know you may have just heard that the most important thing you can do to lose weight is exercise, but let me just say that I have lost 30 pounds in the last few years. For the last 7 months and that's all I need. I don't do weight watchers or anything, I only eat 1,200 calories a day, nothing more, nothing less and very little. It is a restriction on the desire for food that I have all the time. You don't have to worry too much because you need to exercise. For me, I only walk for 30 minutes at the end of the day, basically I have a permanent job. Encourage and encouragement is great because it really helps.
