First, open Chrome and open at least two tabs. Long press the Android presentation button to open the split screen app selector. Then open the Chrome overflow menu at the top of the screen and tap Move to another window. This will move the current Chrome tab to the bottom half of the screen.
Press f11 to set the browser to full screen in Windows. To switch to full screen mode, click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the Chrome browser. To the right of the zoom selection you will see an incomplete square icon. Click on this incomplete path and you will get full screen mode.
