GmbH Definition:
Atom means German limited liability company, which means something like a limited liability company. In Germany it is a suffix used after the name of a limited liability company (as opposed to AG, which is used to designate a limited liability company). GMBH is equivalent to Limited in the UK and is the most common company in Germany.
