  1. The relationship between a period (part-time, full-time, contractual) and the number of hours worked from Monday to Friday.

    A relationship unit is a full-time position or equivalent full-time employee. In other words, full-time employees are equal to full-time employees.

    For example, you have three employees who work 50 hours, 40 hours, and 10 hours a week for a total of 100 hours. For example, if a full-time employee works 40 hours a week, the full-time equivalent is divided into 100 hours 40 hours, or 2.5 full-time positions.
