Exogenous variable

Exogenous variable,

Definition of Exogenous variable:

  1. Independent variables that affect the model without being affected by it, and whose quality characteristics and breeding method are not determined by the model manufacturer. Exogenous variables are used to determine external conditions and not to achieve more realistic model behavior. For example, the level of public expenditure on the revenue commitment theory is external. See also endogenous variables.
