Do you think Etrade is a good company?

Etrade is a decent company. But I agree that the customer representatives in this industry are not the best. I'm giving it 2 stars because I've had a good repeat experience in the past. But Etrade needs to keep a closer eye on this industry and make sure agents understand that they are close to customers and treat them appropriately.
