The answer is no, usually no.
It depends on the application, but in general Elmer glue is stronger on wood. If the joint has been exposed to moisture, a comparable but water resistant adhesive such as Titebond 11 would be preferable. Both are much cheaper than superglue (cyanoacrylate) and less hazardous to use.
Elmer’s glue may have a quick dry time on the product label, but sometimes it’s not fast enough. Speed up drying times by making sure the environment contributes to quick drying. Although the product specifications state a drying time of 30 minutes, you may be able to reduce this time by making minor changes to the environment.

Strength comes from adhesion to the material and its own strength. Although yellow wood glue dries quite hard, epoxy is a much stronger material when fully cured. And while the attitude doesn’t shrink, it will form a good bridge. It doesn’t have to be tight and doesn’t fit easily into wood.
The Difference Between PVA and Elmer’s Glue
One of the main uses of wood glue is sealing. This is the case when wood glue acts as a sealing medium before setting large bolts or screws and holds the pieces of wood together permanently. Wood glue wears out faster than a solid bolt or screw. You have to do this by using large screws to secure the pieces of wood in place.
