A wireless video bridge is an access point used by DIRECTV to connect its wireless clients. The bridge creates a private wireless network that cannot be accessed. This private network is what the mini wireless connects to. Sent from iPhone with Tapatalk.

If the receiver does not indicate that the network and Internet are connected, or if Connect Now does not work, check the cable connections and reset the router and the broadband CAED. You will also need to disconnect and reconnect the SWM power supply.
WVB2 allows DIRECTV programs to be transmitted wirelessly from a Genie server to the Genie Mini-Client (C41W or higher), creating a private network available only for DIRECTV products. This allows you to distribute video throughout your home without using coaxial or CAT5 cables on each TV.
Connecting with an HDMI cable (recommended) Connect one end of the cable to the HDMI port on the back of the receiver. Connect the other end of the cable to the HDMI port on the TV. Make sure you have selected the correct TV input source (eg HDMI 1, HDMI 2). Set the resolution of the TV to 1080i or 720p.
