Can you put the Casper Foundation on the floor?
It is not recommended to apply Casper Foundation directly to the floor. This can lead to unsightly wear and tear and we want your Casper bed set to be in great condition and we want to file a warranty claim.
Can you put a box spring bed on the floor?
In general, a flat surface is a good base for your mattress, and laying it directly on the floor shouldn't be a problem. These not only increase the mattress for more comfortable sitting, but also allow air to circulate through the mattress for comfort and hygiene reasons.
In addition to the above, can you put a base on the slats?
They are designed to be placed under a spring / foundation, but not directly under a mattress. Steel slats are so strong it's common to only need 3 or 4 to get the job done and support a foundation / spring. Placing a mattress directly on metal slats does not work due to the large distance between them.
