Beds are available in different sizes to suit a variety of needs. From single sizes like 90cm x 190cm (a UK Single) to huge sizes like 180cm x 200cm, there’s something for everyone (a UK Super King or Euro King). However, there is a range of bed sizes that are larger than the standard ones that cater to huge rooms worldwide. ## How Enormous is an Emperor bed in the UK? The size of an emperor mattress varies depending on the retailer. However, most emperor beds are 78" × 78" or 200cm x 200cm. Some stores sell emperor beds, which are 215cm × 215cm (84" x 84") in size. This mattress is the same size as a Wyoming King. When purchasing an emperor bed, it’s a good idea to double-check the mattress size. The emperor bed is rarely used since it is vast and frequently cumbersome. ## How many people can sleep on an emperor bed? The emperor bed is slightly larger than a 180cm x 200cm bed, but not by much. Even with pets or a handful of small toddlers, two individuals can sleep comfortably in an emperor bed. With three adults, though, it will undoubtedly be crowded. ## What’s an enormous bed that I can buy? The Alaskan king, 108" × 108" or 9 feet by 9 feet in dimension, is America’s largest regular bed size. This is a considerable mattress size that isn’t readily available anyplace in the world. Because of the challenges in manufacturing and delivery, these beds are costly. ## What is the enormous bed in the world? According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Commissie Zomerfeesten St Gregorius Hertme (NL) in Hertme built the world’s largest bed. It had a length of 86 feet 11 inches and a width of 53 feet 11 inches. This is the length and width of 13 emperor mattresses and eight emperor beds, respectively. ## Where can I buy an Emperor bed? We don’t have emperor beds or emperor-size mattresses in stock, but we can customize several of our mattresses to fit emperor bed sizes. Our beds are made to standard UK bed sizes.
