Does anyone know the exact difference between a Barroloko sandwich and a chachar?

Barolco has a trusting relationship between two pieces of toasted bread in which you can add ham, tomato, olive oil, eggs or whatever, it comes from San Louis, although it is widely used in Mendoza. The chakra comes from Chile and is accompanied by fried eggs and ham or pork, cheese and avocado or other communications.
