How can I add or remove a purchase block:
- Log in to myAT & T.
- Choose My WiFi.
- Scroll down and select the device you want to manage.
- Select Manage my device and features.
- Follow the instructions to add or remove a bulk purchase.
The purchase block is placed on the account and limits the mobile purchases that are charged to the AT&T invoice. Only purchases settled on the AT&T invoice are blocked.
The good news is that you can do this via your myAT & T online account.
- Select the Manage link for the device you want to manage.
- Select Buy Block and follow the instructions to add this feature to your account.
- Go to Mobile Purchase and enter the 10-digit AT&T mobile number of the device used for the purchase.
- Choose Next.
- Enter the 8-digit one-time code, then select Submit.
Canceling a Purchase Select the subscription or feature you want to cancel, select Cancel Subscription, and then select Submit.

In most cases, you can’t avoid paying AT&T Early Termination Fee (ETF) of 325 minus 10 for each full month that has elapsed.

To cancel AutoPay for your AT&T PREPAID account, you must be logged in. The first password consists of the last four digits of your mobile number. Subject: Cancel Prepaid Select Home at the top of the page. Select Manage automatic payment. Select Stop automatic payment. Follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation of AutoPay.
