Definition of Anarcho-capitalism:

  1. A theory or ideology based on a belief in the freedom to own private property, a rejection of any form of governmental authority or intervention, and the upholding of the competitive free market as the main mechanism for social interaction.

  2. A political system in which the state is replaced by private companies that compete to provide the social services and infrastructure normally provided by governments. Also called free market anarchism, this view is based on the idea that a free market can provide services and keep order better than an imposed government funded by taxation.
