The ERC department is part of the HR organization. The ERC area is the first point of contact, among others, by phone, chat, or ticket for inquiries about payroll, policies, and benefits.
The ERC partner is an HR representative who oversees phone contacts with Amazon employees in the United States, EMEA, Canada, and LATAM. The associate will work closely with employees while working with HR business partners, benefits, stocks, payroll, talent management, and operations partners to find solutions for the customer while providing a world-class employee experience.
