  • Places that have been sold, donated or given. Exemption from Standard Liability Insurance (GLC) means that on-premises property damage (PD) coverage does not apply. Exceptions to this exclusion explicitly leave insurance coverage on contractors who have completed their work, provided the facility is never occupied, rented or leased by the insured.
