Definition of ABC analysis:

  1. Analysis of many elements that have different levels of importance and need to be treated or controlled in different ways. It is a form of Perito analysis that divides items (such as activities, customers, documents, inventory items, sales areas) into three categories (A, B and C) according to their expected significance. Element A is very important, Element B is important, Element C is very important.

    For example, the highest-earning best customer receives A, usually presented by the sales manager and receives more attention. Consumers B and C are slowly getting less attention and receiving adequate service.
